A quiet note

Every guest on this list got a message from Helene herself — and said yes because of what they felt, not what they'd heard.

No agency, no numbers pitch, no chain of favors. Just a real outreach, one guest at a time, built on Helene's own honesty and warmth. If the list keeps growing, it's because that trust keeps landing the same way — a direct ask, and someone deciding for themselves that it felt right.

Helene Beck H B

The host

With Helene, nobody has to perform.

She built this from zero — no team, no budget, no audience, no playbook. Just a microphone and a refusal to quit. Zero was never a wall to Helene. It was just where she started.

Helene Beck built her career in sales and marketing before earning her Master's degree in Education and stepping into the classroom — first as an ESL educator, then directing an international graduate program at Stevens Institute of Technology. Both careers taught her the same skill from opposite directions: how to read a person, put them at ease, and make them feel truly heard.

"We heal one heart at a time."

  • The pre-conversation Before the mic ever turns on, Helene has already studied who she's talking to — not just the bio, the person. It's why so many guests end up saying the same thing: "I've never shared this before."
  • A sales-honed sense of people Two decades of reading a room translate into knowing exactly when to lean in, and when to simply let a pause sit.
  • An educator's sensibility Her Master's in Education shows up in how she listens — no rush to the next question, no interrupting the thought mid-form.
  • Her own story, offered first Helene shares her vertigo and anxiety journey openly, so guests never feel like the only one being asked to be vulnerable.

By the time a guest sits down, all three are already at work — the salesperson's read on people, the teacher's patience, and years of practice as a host, folded into one conversation.

Before you press play

You're not alone here.

Coming From The Heart is a community first — real people sharing real stories, so nobody has to sit with something heavy by themselves. It's not therapy, and it's not medical advice. If something a guest shares stays with you, we hope it's the start of a conversation — with someone in your life, or with a licensed therapist or doctor who knows your full picture.

Guests choose what they share, and how much. When an episode covers something heavier — trauma, addiction, sobriety, grief — we try to say so up front, so you can listen when and how it feels right for you.
